When you upload papers, PDFs, notes, screenshots, or audio to SocriFlow, we process that material so we can generate study assets and answer your requests.

We use this information to provide podcasts, flashcards, mind maps, tutoring, source parsing, sync, customer support, product reliability, and safety controls.
Sources, generated content, and model processing
We do not publish your private study material for other users, and we do not position user uploads as a public-facing marketing asset.
To generate study assets, we may use cloud infrastructure, storage, model providers, and safety systems. We try to limit processing to what is needed to complete your request.
Sharing, storage, and international processing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share necessary information with infrastructure, payment, analytics, error monitoring, messaging, and customer support providers so the service can run.
Depending on your region and service node, data may be processed in mainland China or outside your country. We use applicable legal, contractual, and technical safeguards for that processing.
Your choices and rights
You can manage your account and delete sources in the product, or contact [email protected] to request access, correction, deletion, or other account-related support.
Some logs, backups, payment records, or legally required records may take longer to remove, but we will respond within a reasonable period.
Children, updates, and contact
SocriFlow is intended for users who can make independent learning decisions. If you are a minor, use the service with consent and guidance from a parent or guardian.
